Export accounts feature doe...
Operating System:Windows Server 2012Operating System Bit:32bitSoftware Version:7.0.3.4In account manager, I select all accounts.
Click on Export Accounts
Select Password and all the profile data options, choose a place to save CSV, then click Export.
Task finishes immediately and CSV file has the column names, but no data.

Accounts not properly pulle...

I have my accounts busted up into groups, typically groups of 40.
I consistently test my accounts, and all are showing normal.
However, when I create tasks and use the AccountRunThread module, not all the accounts are pulled into the task, I am luck if I see half of them.
How to I fix that?

Ok, this is a repeatable error.
I click on Select Accounts.
Choose "Need Verify Accounts"
Choose "Check Accounts"
Choose Mobile with 3 threads
Process runs
Click on Select accounts
Click on "Need Verify Accounts"
The Click on it again.

Backups Failing
Hi,
In TAP4 the backups are failing.
When I go into the data manager and click on any of the backups they are all empty.
When I try to create a backup using the button, the software reading "Backing up data" then hangs there. When I click to any other place on the window the message goes away and the backup is not created.

Filter data clearing
Ok, So I had to follow the video to set up some templates because I use the software, I just don't set up new tasks over and over.
So with that said, I have a Follow/RT task.
I have 40 accounts in the task.
The software does both the Follow task and the RT task, however it only does it for the first six accounts. The filter module is reporting no data available for the rest of the accounts.
I have set it to "do nothing" when setting the data source and that didn't work.
How do I keep the filter module full so all the accounts have something to work with?
