Installed TAP4 and created tasks as per tutorial - ZERO results from search, ZERO results from filter.

I am desperate! I need to begin getting some results on Twitter immediately.
I've reached out to John at WHB but I have not received support so far (three days requesting).

I recorded a video of all my setup ( https://youtu.be/IqP4dnrrT7M ) - John said he cannot find anything wrong in my settings.

Please contact me, and we can do a Skype session, or a Join.me, or I can share with you my exported tasks so you can diagnose.

Seriously, I am in trouble and need to get this going immediately. Please help.

1. Some tasks are not set up, such as tweet1. Each task must include a running account.

2. There are some bugs that can cause failures of search in v7.0.1.9, we have fixed it in latest version.

3. I see that you use the API search in some tasks, please make sure you have input the API information in Account Settings.

4. If the tasks you set up don't work, you can export them and send to us for checking. When they run failed, you can open the log folder to check the run logs.
