The error message is in CHINESE so can't even say what the error is. I had been using it on my mac ona virtual machine, worked fine. But it won't work on Windows, Please don't say I am supposed to register with a different email id because I already did.

the first error is when i try to install botchief editor. and the second error(screen shot) is when i try to run botchief runner. Please help, I am desperate.
Please try to uninstall whitehatbox app, and re-install it again to D driver.
And also use administrator rights to run whitehatebox app and try again.
